- Handle inbox management, follow-ups, and correspondence on the creator's behalf
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, collaborations, and other operational commitments
- Assist with content coordination, including organizing assets, drafting captions, scheduling posts, and tracking content across platforms
- Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and what's performing well across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and other channels
- Support the creator with research and ideas, and flag opportunities or trends that fit their brand and voice
- Coordinate with collaborators, managers, and other contacts on the creator's behalf
- Respond to messages quickly and keep open tasks tracked and closed without needing reminders
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely active on social media and deeply familiar with how content creators operate across YouTube, X, TikTok, and Instagram
- Strong understanding of current social media culture, trends, and what resonates with digital-native audiences
- Highly organized and fast to respond, with strong follow-through on every open task
- Clear, professional, and natural written English communication skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working with minimal structure in a fast-moving creator environment
Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting a content creator, influencer, brand, or media personality
- Experience with content scheduling tools, social media management platforms, or basic video or image editing
- Background in digital marketing, content production, or social media management
- Familiarity with YouTube, X, or other creator monetization and distribution platforms
Work Schedule
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
- Availability during US business hours
Compensation & Time Off
- Compensation paid in USD
- Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
- Paid Time Off according to company policy
- Holidays observed according to company guidelines
Application Requirements
Please submit:
- An updated resume
- A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, describing your organizational and social media experience, and sharing which platforms you're most active on and why you'd be a strong fit for a role inside a creator operation
