Founder's Associate (Recruiting Ops) (INS728)
We're looking for a Founder's Associate to support two senior leaders across client management, recruiting operations, documentation, and weekly reporting at Hire Overseas. This is not a traditional EA role. You will be embedded directly with leadership, owning real operational responsibilities from day one and growing into a Chief of Staff or equivalent leadership role as the company scales.
This role needs to be your primary professional commitment, not a side arrangement. We are looking for someone who is genuinely ambitious, thinks critically without being prompted, uses AI tools as a core part of how they work, and wants to grow into a strategic leadership position alongside a fast-moving global talent company.
