Internal Customer Success Manager (INS890)
We're looking for an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships at Hire Overseas, a fast-growing offshore staffing platform that helps founders and executives hire full-time overseas talent. You will be the person clients go to after the sale, running check-ins, vetting and presenting candidates, coordinating placements, spotting problems before clients do, and turning happy clients into rehires, reviews, and referrals.
This role was built to free up a co-founder who has been handling it directly. Nearly all of the company's growth comes from referrals and repeat clients, which means the existing client base is the most important thing in the business, and this role exists to look after it. This is a small team with direct access to both founders and no layers between you and the decisions that matter. If you have high critical thinking, take full ownership of client outcomes, and want a role that grows as fast as you do, this role is a strong fit.
