About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on LatAm recruiting. You'll own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers.

This is not a coordinator role. It's built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple priorities with precision. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical roles
• Lead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, managing offers through to onboarding
• Build sourcing strategies specific to LatAm and global markets, maintaining strong understanding of compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuances
• Build relationships with candidates and nurture long-term pipelines
• Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well-documented, improving workflows to reduce time-to-fill
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and build role
