Outbound Email Specialist (BBS844)
We're looking for a Outbound Email Specialist to own high-volume outbound email prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing better-for-you snack brand with retail placement across 15 or more regional grocery chains. You will add leads to Google Sheets, monitor automated email sends, follow up on replies, re-activate inactive accounts, and keep Salesforce accurate and current.
This is an email-first outbound role. The company runs outbound primarily through automated email sequences rather than cold calling. Your job is to build and manage the lead list, ensure the automation is running correctly, respond to replies quickly, and keep the pipeline clean and moving. If you are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working within an automated outbound system, and can write sharp follow-up emails that move conversations forward, this role is a strong fit.
