Senior Account Manager (BBS836)
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to own client relationships and internal team coordination at a fast-moving B2B GTM content studio. You will lead weekly client syncs, manage the internal team's weekly deliverables, anticipate issues before they become problems, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the production side of the business.
This is a senior client-facing role. You will be trusted with relationships that matter — B2B clients who are investing in executive LinkedIn content, AI search optimization, and original research to influence pipeline before outbound even starts. You need to communicate with authority, stay ahead of every deliverable, and make clients feel that their program is being run with precision and care. If you are exceptionally organized, proactive by instinct, and can manage a team's weekly output and a portfolio of client relationships simultaneously without anything slipping, this role is a strong fit.
