Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Project Coordinator VA who can keep creative projects on track, teams aligned, and assets well-organised. You'll sit at the intersection of project management and marketing support — owning timelines, coordinating deliverables, and jumping in on light design production when needed in a fast-moving creative company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project workflows in Asana (or similar): task creation, assignment, status updates, and deadline tracking

• Coordinate cross-team handoffs between marketing, design, and operations to keep projects moving

• Maintain organised campaign asset libraries — versioning, naming, and storage in Google Drive

• Support light design production using Canva templates (graphics, resizing, formatting, exports)

• Build and maintain internal documentation: SOPs, project briefs, and onboarding checklists
