Hire Hangar is growing and we’re seeking a seasoned Internal Recruiter with proven success managing high-volume pipelines. This is an ideal role for someone with a staffing agency background who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to balance quality with speed.
You’ll be responsible for filling multiple roles across various departments, using a mix of sourcing, screening, and candidate relationship-building to keep pipelines strong and hiring on track.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Run full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Qualify, screen, and engage candidates in a fast-moving hiring environment
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process
Manage and track recruitment activity using an ATS
Collaborate with hiring managers to align on goals and improve hiring workflows
✅ What You Bring
2–3+ years of experience in staffing or high-volume recruiting
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and fast-paced hiring
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems and recruitment tech tools
Availability to work in PST or EST time zones
