Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tenant-focused Leasing and Tenant Services Specialist to support leasing operations and tenant experience across a US residential portfolio. This role is central to keeping occupancy rates high, tenants satisfied, and properties well-maintained. You will handle everything from leasing inquiries and lease renewals through to maintenance coordination and rent follow-up. Prior hands-on experience working in US property management is essential — candidates without this background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leasing inquiries, schedule showings, and guide prospective tenants through the application process
Prepare and manage lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation
Monitor rent collection, identify delinquencies, and follow up with tenants on outst
