The Role

You’ll oversee the production, growth and YouTube presence, while spearheading a cross-platform content strategy that drives engagement and audience acquisition.

You’ll lead end-to-end media execution—from interviews to post-production to social promotion—and bring a strategic lens to every creative decision. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling, content systems, and data, this is your stage.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage podcast production—from guest booking to post-recording handoffs

• Design and execute a video-first strategy to grow YouTube reach, retention, and subscriber count

• Lead content repurposing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), optimizing for format and audience

• Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure timely, quality delivery of content
