This role blends technical consulting with customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is skilled at uncovering the customer's true requirements and converting them into a practical, manufacturable solution. This is an on-site, hands-on position collaborating closely with customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, balancing technical -requirements with business objectives
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and the manufacturing floor, converting customer needs into actionable production solutions
- Generate new business through inbound inquiries and proactive prospecting
- Partner with engineering, estimating, manufacturing, and customer service teams to produce accurate and timely quotes
