About the Role
As their Nursing Home Litigation Attorney, you will lead and manage plaintiff-side nursing home abuse and neglect matters across the litigation lifecycle. Direct nursing home or elder abuse litigation experience is highly valuable, but we are also open to strong civil litigators who have the writing, deposition, case management, and analytical skills to succeed in this specialized practice area.
You will have meaningful autonomy over your cases while working with medical, healthcare, forensic, and other experts to build compelling claims for clients and their families.
