Senior Product Manager

The Position

You'll be joining the Product team at Hive, working at the heart of our fulfillment-facing platform. You'll collaborate daily with Engineering and Design, and work closely with our Fulfillment, Growth and Customer Success teams to ensure the fulfillment experience and eventually merchant experience reflects the needs of the brands we work with.

You'll report into the Head of Product and play a key role in shaping how merchants onboard, operate, and grow with Hive.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap for our fulfillment-facing platform: covering integrations, operational tooling, onboarding, analytics and drive it from strategy through to execution. 
• Partner with fulfillment and operations teams to identify friction points and translate their needs into product improvements that scale.
• Define success metrics for your area and track them relentlessly: from activation to adoption and eventually merchant satisfaction. 
• Work closely with our Customer Support team to identify recurring merchant pain points and turn them into a continuous feedback loop that drives product improvements.
