HOA Community Solutions provides professional management for homeowner associations across the Tri-Cities region of Washington. We partner with volunteer boards, homeowners, and local developers to keep communities well run, well maintained, and well informed.

The Role
The Associate Community Manager (ACM) is the first line of service for every homeowner in an assigned portfolio of 11 associations (approximately 1,200 doors), with room to grow. You'll serve as the board's liaison for day-to-day operations, run compliance inspections, manage vendors and projects, and build strong relationships with the developers and builders shaping new communities in the Tri-Cities. This is a remote, home-based role with regular travel to communities and flexible scheduling.
