Condominium Project Manager
Compensation: $80,000-$90,000K, plus bonus
Location: Washington, DC | Hybrid (Remote Mon & Fri)
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager (Internally: Operations Manager) to join our growing team in delivering exceptional service to our portfolio of condominium association clients. In this role, you will work collaboratively alongside our client services team, serving as the go-to expert for complex issues and escalated requests that require a higher level of expertise, judgment, and problem-solving. From navigating owner and vendor relationships to coordinating major building projects and creating a thoughtful budget, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the trust and satisfaction of the communities we serve. What You'll Do
Maintenance & Property Operations
- Project-manage a full spectrum of maintenance activities; routine upkeep, repairs, emergency response, and large capital improvement projects, from kickoff through completion
