THE ROLE:
As an HOA Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of homeowners' associations (HOAs). Your role will involve working closely with board members, homeowners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning and improvement of the community.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Community Governance:
- Act as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and homeowners.
- Interpret and enforce community rules, regulations, and bylaws in a fair and consistent manner.
- Assist in the development and revision of community policies and guidelines.
- Schedule and conduct regular board meetings and maintain accurate records of minutes and decisions.
