YJM - Division Director

The Division Director provides strategic and operational leadership for YJ Janitorial, YJ Sewer & Drain, and Elevation Exterminating. This position is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, service quality, and growth of all three divisions.

The Division Director leads divisional managers and field teams, establishes consistent operating standards, manages budgets and financial results, strengthens customer and vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with all safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-oriented leader with experience managing multiple service-based businesses or operating divisions.

Leadership and Operations

• Provide leadership and direction across all three divisions.
• Manage, coach, and hold divisional managers accountable for operational and financial performance.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and reporting processes.
• Ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, equipment, and resources to meet customer commitments.
• Develop standardized operating procedures while recognizing the unique needs of each service line.
• Promote collaboration and shared resources across the divisions when operationally beneficial.
• Identify and resolve service, staffing, scheduling, and operational challenges.
