Job Summary

As an Insulation & Air Quality Lead at Hoffmann Brothers in Nashville, you will play a pivotal role in launching and leading our new insulation and duct cleaning division. This is a unique opportunity to help build a department from the ground up while setting the standard for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead attic insulation and duct cleaning projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards Hoffmann Brothers is known for. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with blown-in insulation, with spray foam experience strongly preferred, and enjoys leading a crew while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
