THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for Medical Records Assistant to join our Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team. 
Based in our Marks Tey office, your role will be to coordinate and prepare chronologies of medical records and paginated bundles working alongside out in-house nurse. Day to Day Duties will include

• Making Access Requests for medical records with associated follow up
• Obtaining additional or missing records or information
• Inputting data into, updating and monitoring the Medical Records Database
• Perusing and collating medical records and advising on quality and when records are missing, or records are required from other healthcare pr
