Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance - CPG or Food Mfg Exp Required

**This role will be based in our Norwood, MA office and will follow our Hybrid Work Schedule**

💰 Pay Range: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

📌This role is not a traditional Finance role. CPG or Food Mfg. experience is Required!

The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance, will serve as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, R&D, and the broader commercialization team within a CPG/food manufacturing environment. This is a highly cross-functional commercial role requiring deep, hands-on experience with trade spend, customer economics, pricing, promotions, and gross-to-net management.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance, you will translate financial, customer, and commercial data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth, optimize customer investment, improve pricing and promotional decisions, and strengthen forecasting and resource allocation.
