About the Role

Home Solutions is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to help build and scale a rapidly emerging P&L for the company. In this role, you will lead strategy and performance across a portfolio of categories—launching new businesses and scaling existing ones across paid media channels, with an initial focus on Paid Social.

The Director will partner closely with leaders across marketing, analytics, product, and operations to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and drive results. We are looking for someone who brings equal parts analytical rigor and creative imagination, paired with strong operator instincts — someone who can move fluidly between data and intuition, navigate ambiguity, get into the details, challenge conventional approaches, and turn ideas and insights into action. You will own the customer acquisition funnel end-to-end while building the strategy, systems, and capabilities required to grow.
