About the Role
Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day performance and growth of a portfolio of strategic partners. This is a hands-on role on the Partnerships team. You run your book largely independently - executing reliably, communicating clearly, and surfacing insights, issues, and opportunities before anyone asks. You will work closely with a VP of Partnerships, who owns portfolio-level strategy and long-term growth planning, while you own day to day execution and growth initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable taking ownership, and gets excited by turning ambiguity into action. Success in this role comes from radical ownership, sharp prioritization, data-backed insights, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to originate, not just consume, a market thesis.
You proactively identify and flag issues and opportunities, deliver clean and actionable reporting with clear follow-ups, manage end-to-end projects, and escalate thoughtfully when support or alignment is needed.
