Our platform spans a patient-facing app, tools for Providers and Admins, and an e-commerce storefront for our own prescription skincare line, DewRx. We were founded by a serial entrepreneur from Wharton, David Futoran, and one of the country's most prominent dermatologists, Joel Spitz, MD. Our leadership team comes from Google, McKinsey, Flatiron Health, DoorDash, and others.

The Opportunity 📈

We're hiring our first Product Operations Manager. You'll sit on the Product team, report to the Head of Product and AI, and work day to day with PMs, designers, engineers, and our care operations leaders.

Almost everything we build changes how a care coordinator, provider, or member services rep does their job, and those teams tell us a lot about what to build next. Your job starts upstream: take in everything they're telling us, figure out what matters most, and bring it to the Product team with the evidence to back it up. From there, you'll make sure what we build reflects how care operations actually run, and that when we ship, it works on the floor.

Healthcare is full of
