Your role at Hostinger
At Hostinger, we believe agentic commerce is the future. AI agents are changing how people shop – helping them discover, compare, and buy products based on what they want to achieve.
We’re looking for Head of Ecommerce to lead us into that future. You’ll own our ecommerce product direction, challenge traditional patterns, and turn advances in AI and agentic commerce into products built for where ecommerce is going next.

Your day-to-day
Own Ecommerce Strategy: Define and drive our ecommerce product vision, strategy, priorities, and key bets.
Build for Agentic Commerce: Make agentic commerce part of how we think and build – from product decisions to customer experiences.
Drive Customer & Business Growth: Identify opportunities that help our customers sell more and scale while driving adoption, retention, and revenue.
Challenge Existing Patterns: Question traditional ecommerce assumptions and explore how AI changes the way businesses are discovered, understood, and bought from.
Lead & Grow the Team: Build and develop a high-performing ecommerce organization with clear ownership and ambitious standards.
Experiment & Learn: Turn customer insights, data, and market shifts into experiments and scalable products.
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and AI teams to turn strategy into execution.
Your expertise and experience
Ecommerce Expertise: Strong understanding of ecommerce products, platforms, ecosystems, and merchant needs.
Product Leadership: Proven experience leading product teams and owning a significant product area, portfolio, or business line.
Business Mindset: You connect product decisions to customer value, growth, revenue, and competitive advantage.
AI-Native: You actively explore how AI and agents are changing commerce and can translate those shifts into product opportunities.
Strategic Thinking: You can identify where a market is heading and turn ambiguity into focused product bets.
Track Record of Impact: Experience building or scaling products with measurable customer and business outcomes.
Leadership: Strong ability to attract, develop, and empower great talent while aligning teams around a clear direction.
Comfort with Ambiguity: You’re energized by open-ended problems and markets that are still being defined.

Compensation
Salary starting from 8500 EUR gross/month, depending on your experience and skills.
