Your day-to-day

  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across the FP&A team. Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing finance talent. Foster a culture of accountability, rigor, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure a single source of truth across all financial data, assumptions, and reporting, drive integrity, consistency, and auditability of all financial outputs.

  • Lead periodic reporting to the management team, board, and investors, including variance analysis and underlying drivers.

  • Own the end-to-end planning cycle: annual budget, quarterly targets, monthly forecasts, including timelines, processes, and governance standards.

  • Develop and maintain the operating financial model, ensuring the rolling forecasts are accurate, dynamic, and reflective of current business realities.

  • Design and scale a business partnering function that acts as a strategic partner to senior business leaders across the commercial, product, and operational teams. Monitor and establish targets, analyze performance across different dimensions (e.g., products, marketing channels, countries).

  • Oversee building of business cases and ad-hoc financial analyses to evaluate unit economics and model scenarios, ensure financial discipline, and support decision-making.

  • Implement best practices, automations, and tools to drive the scalability of FP&A processes, reducing manual effort, removing inefficiencies, and improving the speed and quality of outputs.

Your expertise and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a relevant finance field.

  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Experience in running the periodic FP&A cycle (reporting, budget, planning) with demonstrated ability to build high-quality board-ready materials.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate clearly to diverse target audiences, visualize, and transform financial data into actionable insights.

  • Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset to build the FP&A team with strong analytical capability and a business‑partnering mentality.

  • An innovative, results-oriented attitude that constantly seeks to improve processes, challenge ways of working, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bonus: familiarity with unit economics such as LTV, ARPU, MRR, NRR, contribution margin, ROI, and payback analysis.
