Your role at Hostinger
As Head of Product, you'll own one of Hostinger's core product areas, defining its vision, strategy, and execution, and leading cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and AI specialists to build products customers love and businesses rely on every day. Your day-to-day
Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Hostinger's core product areas.
Own product outcomes and business results, balancing customer value with company objectives.
Build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams, fostering ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.
Prioritize opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed product decisions.
Establish clear product metrics and continuously optimize performance across customer and business outcomes.
Remove organizational bottlenecks, simplify decision-making, and enable teams to execute with speed.
