Head of Websites
Join the team building an AI-first company
Hostinger serves more than 5.5 million clients across 150 countries, but we're still excited about what we're creating next.
AI is changing how we build products, support customers, work together, and solve problems. It helps us move faster, spend less time on repetitive work, and focus on bigger ideas.
If you want your work to influence both what we build and how we build it, we'd like to meet you.
Our culture: Guided by 10 company principles.
Your role at Hostinger
Every month, millions of people land on hostinger.com deciding, in seconds, whether to trust us with their business idea. What they see in that window - the message, the flow, the friction - moves more revenue than almost anything else we ship. That's the seat you're stepping into.
Join Hostinger's Websites team and help us turn that first moment into growth. As Head of Websites, you'll lead the technical Websites team, UX design, and CRO teams as one function - some reporting to you directly, others through a matrix - setting the strategy, owning the roadmap, and making the call on what we test next and why. This isn't a maintenance role. It's ownership of the highest-leverage surface we have.

Your day-to-day
Ownership - Own the website and CRO roadmap end-to-end - strategy, prioritization, and the KPIs that prove it worked.
Initiative - Don't wait for a brief. Find where the funnel leaks revenue and turn it into a tested change.
Collaboration - Align product, marketing, and design around one website strategy, and represent CRO when roadmaps compete for engineering time.
Beyond that, you will

Continuously monitor conversion, engagement, and revenue KPIs, and report ROI and business impact to executive leadership.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify where Hostinger is behind and where it can move first.
Stay ahead of what's changing in web development, performance marketing, and AI-driven web tools — and bring it in before competitors do.
