Your day-to-day
Prepare and maintain laptops (macOS/Windows) for newcomers, handling global hardware shipments, setup, and collection.
Address and resolve technical issues reported by employees, both remotely and on-site (software, hardware, connectivity, and access problems).
Manage and administer SaaS tools including Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Atlassian (Jira) and VPN access (NordLayer).
Support system upgrades and improvements, ensuring tools are up-to-date and secure.
Assist with access management for internal and external systems.
Document processes and updates clearly to build a scalable, resilient IT infrastructure.
Conduct regular system audits, maintain accurate asset inventories (hardware/software).
Work cross-functionally to deliver smooth onboarding, solve incidents, and enhance employee IT experience.
Support the functionality of office peripherals such as printers, TVs with BrightSign and video conferencing systems.
Manage the process of retiring and disposing of old IT equipment in a secure and compliant manner.
What will help you succeed
2–4 years of experience in a similar IT support or system administration role.
Hands-on experience in dynamic environments with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Windows/macOS device management, and SaaS tools.
Advanced Atlassian (Jira) knowledge and administration experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
Good understanding of IT security principles, access management, and endpoint protection basics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
Fluency in Lithuanian is mandatory
Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and growing into a senior IT role over time.
Demonstrates a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, taking ownership to drive results independently.
