M&A / Investment Manager | SpringWater team | Based in Lithuania
Acquire and build exceptional software companies.
This is an opportunity to join a Hostinger-backed investment firm and play a key role in building a portfolio of category-leading software businesses.
We focus on acquiring majority stakes in founder-led software companies and scaling them over the long term. Our approach goes beyond capital - we offer hands-on operational support, access to a strong network of experts, and a long-term mindset to help founders build on their original vision.
With a global investment mandate and headquarters in Vilnius, Lithuania, we are on a mission to build a worldwide ecosystem of category-leading software companies.
Your role
We are looking for an ambitious M&A / Investment Manager to lead the identification, execution, and ownership of majority investments in high-quality software businesses. An ideal candidate combines strong transaction experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in long-term ownership.
You will operate across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and evaluation to negotiation, execution, and ongoing involvement with portfolio companies. You will work directly with founders and advisors, with real exposure to decision-making and responsibility for outcomes.
Over time, you will take increasing ownership of deals and contribute to investment decisions by forming independent views on business quality, valuation, and long-term potential.
You will be expected to think and act like an owner, not just manage a process.
This is an on-site role based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We welcome candidates currently working abroad who are open to relocating.
