As Principal Delivery Partner / Delivery Operations Lead, you'll work across multiple engineering guilds - QA, FE, BE, DevOps, Automation - and product teams to make sure delivery isn't just happening, but is predictable, visible, and continuously improving. Success in this role means making delivery transparent and measurable, accelerating cross-team initiatives with less friction, reducing ownership gaps, and building leadership confidence that execution is under control.
