Your role at Hostinger
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll work across the whole product - from contacts and segmentation to campaigns, automation flows, and AI-assisted template creation - plus integrations with Hostinger Website Builder, WordPress, Ecommerce, and Hostinger Horizons. In a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement through experimentation and data, you'll own features end-to-end alongside designers, backend engineers, and product managers, shipping complete solutions from database to UI.

Your day-to-day
Design and maintain PHP backend services and REST APIs, following Domain-Driven Design principles.
Build clean, accessible frontend interfaces from Figma designs and collaborate with engineers on solid API contracts.
Tackle the harder full-stack problems - dig deep, challenge assumptions, and push the team toward better solutions when the current ones aren't good enough.
Champion engineering best practices: raise the bar in code reviews, share valuable insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Review code, mentor teammates, and keep the codebase healthy over time.
Understand A/B experiments with Amplitude and adapt to customer behavior to drive product decisions.
What will help you succeed
Senior-level TypeScript and strong Vue.js experience (or strong React with a real willingness to learn Vue).
Good understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and API integration patterns.
Comfortable writing unit tests with Vitest and E2E tests with Playwright.
Strong PHP experience with solid OOP and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
Hands-on experience with Laravel (preferred) or Symfony.
Familiarity with message queuing - GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, or similar.
Comfortable working in a Google Cloud environment with Docker and containerized services.
Hands-on experience with A/B experimentation tools and data-driven decision-making.
Pragmatic about tooling - you leverage modern AI tools as part of your everyday workflow.
Senior mindset: ownership, proactive problem-solving, mentoring others, and giving and receiving feedback constructively.

We started with email and are expanding into WhatsApp and other channels so customers can run high-quality marketing wherever their audience is. Everything we ship is built around customer success: simple tools that make it easier to reach people and grow.
