Your role at Hostinger
As VP of Performance Marketing & Partnerships, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Hostinger grows its customer base and revenue across multiple products.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, data, and leadership teams to identify high-impact opportunities, turn insights into execution, and drive measurable business results.
You will report directly to the CMO and lead a team responsible for turning strategic opportunities into real growth.

Your day-to-day
Own new customer acquisition targets: Take full ownership of New Billings and New Clients, including defining and executing the strategy to achieve them.
Lead multi-channel user acquisition: Plan, execute, and scale acquisition across Affiliates and Influencers channels.
Optimize performance and unlock scale: Continuously identify growth ceilings and implement strategies to break through them while maintaining efficiency.
Drive forecasting and planning: Partner with Data and Finance teams to build forecasts, scenario models, and performance projections to guide investment decisions.
Ensure full-funnel performance: Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to optimize conversion funnels and improve user journey performance across all touchpoints.
Lead experimentation initiatives: Design and execute A/B tests, landing page experiments, and attribution improvements to continuously improve performance.
Translate data into decisions: Use customer insights and performance data to identify new growth opportunities and define the next strategic bets.
Align with senior stakeholders: Collaborate with executive leadership (CMO, CEO) and translate growth performance into clear business insights and action plans.
What will help you succeed
Experience in growth or performance marketing: 5+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or digital product environments.
Proven ownership of acquisition targets: Demonstrated experience owning and delivering against user acquisition, revenue, or growth KPIs.
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels: Strong working knowledge of Affiliates, and Influencers.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset: Deep understanding of key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and ARPU, with the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
Experience with experimentation: Proven ability to run and scale structured testing programs (A/B testing, landing page optimization, attribution models).
Cross-functional collaboration experience: Experience working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Finance teams.
Experience with growth tools and infrastructure: Familiarity with tracking, attribution, CRM, and marketing
