Join iconic New Zealand fashion brand Repertoire as our Store Manager in Cambridge and lead a team delivering exceptional styling, service and unforgettable customer experiences.

As Store Manager, you’ll drive the success of our Cambridge store, focusing on sales, customer experience, and brand growth.  Days and hours are 9.45 - 5pm Monday to Friday (34 hours per week).  Your role will include:

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling
• Achieve store and individual sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and grow the database

Brand & Community

• Host in-store events to boost brand awareness
• Represent the brand with passion

Store Operations

• Manage stock, merchandising, and store presentation
• Oversee budgets, rosters, and KPIs
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Team Support

• Develop team styling skills and product knowledge

Qualifications

You’re a natural leader with proven experience in driving sales and creating great customer experiences.  You will bring:

• Proven retail leadership experience
• You have a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
• Strong styling ability and product knowledge
• The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who lives and breathes fashion and loves helping customers feel confident and styled
