Operations Officer in Leasing (FI, SE)
Our CLIENT is looking for new colleagues to join their Nordic Asset Finance teams, supporting customers in Finland and Sweden. The teams are responsible for the administration and lifecycle management of leasing agreements that help businesses finance vehicles.
The company is currently expanding 2 teams. While the markets differ, the work is similar, and the teams collaborate closely, share knowledge, and help each other do well. In this role, you will become part of a supportive international environment where learning never stops, teamwork is highly valued, and every day brings new opportunities to develop your skills.

Previous financial services or leasing experience is an advantage, but attitude, willingness to develop, and commitment to quality are even more important. You will:
- Manage administrative tasks related to leasing agreements throughout their lifecycle.
- Process customer requests and documentation while ensuring accuracy and high quality.
- Work with colleagues across Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark in an international environment.
