Retail Associate

Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our brick-and-mortar location. We're officially coming home and planting permanent roots in San Francisco with a storefront at 425 Hayes Street in Hayes Valley, opening in September 2026. This is your chance to join one of IAB's most disruptive consumer brands and shape the future of our retail experience. We want someone who’s scrappy, adventurous, sales-driven, and passionate about creating incredible customer experiences while growing a loyal community of Huckberry ambassadors.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Replenish
