Summary: As our Senior Global Marketing Director, you'll own the strategy and execution behind how Huda Beauty shows up globally, from major product launches to the campaigns that turn cultural moments into commercial results. You'll lead a high-performing global marketing team, partner closely with Creative, Social, PR, Influencer, Media and Retail to deliver integrated work, and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership and our founder in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the global marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar.
- Lead major product launches and 360 campaigns from strategy through execution.
