About the role
As a School Success Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for a group of partner schools within one geographic area. You'll support each school from the moment it joins the programme through to ongoing delivery, making sure teachers have what they need, equipment works, and the programme runs smoothly in the classroom. This is a hands-on, school-based role with weekly visits to the schools in your cluster.
What you'll do:
Onboard schools and set teachers up for success
- Coordinate with schools and internal teams to make sure classroom equipment (laptop, projector, speaker) is in place before launch, teacher allocations are confirmed, and onboarding documentation is complete
