Operations & E-commerce Executive - Women Wellness Brand

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify

• Inventory & stock management

• Coordinate with cream, tube & packaging manufacturers

• Handle courier & logistics

• Process customer orders

• Resolve customer queries

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify

• Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

• Startup mindset with a proactive approach
