Campus Sourcer
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Campus Sourcer to join our Recruiting team in NYC. In this role you will focus on sourcing the strongest technical talent at top universities to ensure HRT continuously attracts exceptional talent. You will own the top of our campus funnel by mapping where the best emerging STEM students come from, building meaningful relationships on campus, and planning and hosting campus events to build our pipelines from the bottom up.
The ideal candidate is energized by finding standout talent early, understands what signals strong potential in technical candidates, and enjoys building relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations.
