Systems Specialist

Location: This position is hybrid in Bogotá.

The role.

We are hiring a Systems Specialist to join our globally distributed Systems Administration team. You will start where the systems meet the hardware: the device fleet, the Bogotá office infrastructure, enrollment and build workflows, and the recurring audits that keep our inventory accurate. As you grow, you will take on identity, email and network work alongside the rest of the team.

You will report to, and work day to day with, the Associate Director, Systems Administration in the UK, and collaborate closely with our Systems Administrator in Bogotá and the IT Support team in Bogotá and Medellín. The role suits someone with one to three years of hands-on IT experience who learns by doing, keeps careful records, and wants a clear path into systems administration.

What you will be doing.

• Manage the macOS fleet in Iru (formerly Kandji): enrollment through Apple Business Manager, library items and blueprints, Self Service apps, OS updates and compliance status.
• Manage the Windows fleet in Kaseya VSA X: build new laptops with our onboarding workflows, keep the agent, patch policy and endpoint security tools (Sophos, Tenable, Delinea) healthy, and investigate devices that stop checking in.
