About the Role

We are looking for a Senior In-House Repair Technician the deepest hands-on repair capability in our Services Repair Centre. You will perform complex repair, rework, and full overhaul/restore on parts, sub-systems, and full robots, and deliver approved upgrades to existing units. You will also be our forensic-analysis specialist, determining root cause and supporting warranty decisions in both directions.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will act as a “flying doctor” at customer sites for the most difficult interventions, help author the work instructions the rest of the team follows, and mentor Associate and Advanced technicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complex repair, rework, and full overhaul/restore on parts (SRUs), sub-systems, and full robots.

• Deliver approved upgrades to existing robots and parts.<
