About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – WILP to build and lead Humanoid’s global Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics and Planning function across London, Boston and Vancouver. This is a hands-on build role in a fast-moving prototype and NPI environment, scaling towards production. The role reports to the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management.

What You'll Do

Strategy and leadership

• Define the WILP strategy and roadmap, aligned with company strategy and the Senior Director, Supply Chain Management.

• Build a lean operating model, governance, KPIs and cadence for warehouse, inventory, logistics and planning that works in a fast-changing NPI environment and scales as volumes grow.

• Lead, coach and develop the WILP team
