Project Manager
What we're looking for: Humata Health Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager (PM) to join our Delivery team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our healthcare clients by serving as their trusted advisor and advocate. You will guide customers through their journey with Humata Health, driving implementation efforts, adopting Humata products, retention/expansion, and overall satisfaction while promoting long-term partnerships.
Location: Hybrid - Orlando, Florida, US or Remote, US
Responsibilities
Customer Implementation & Project Management
Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health’s products, from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
Demonstrate ownership of the team strategy for achieving project objectives, independently identifying and executing the steps necessary to meet milestones successfully.
Own and maintain comprehensive project plans to track customer projects, deliverables, and key milestones.
