Job Role: Appointment Setter & Inside Sales Representative (Automotive)
Compensation range: $1,100 AUD / Monthly base + uncapped commission (~$2,300 AUD/month on target, $3,800+ AUD/month as accounts grow)
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Perth/Manila time. Core calling hours are 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Perth time. The remainder of the shift covers follow-ups, callbacks and confirmations. These are set hours — not flexible.
