Compensation range: $3,500 AUD - $4,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement - Full Time
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with Australian business hours (approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday) for collaboration purposes.

Role Overview:
This is a rare opportunity to build a department from the ground up. As the first Growth & Partnerships Manager, you'll take ownership of everything that drives new clients and referral partnerships—from warm lead follow-up and sales conversion to developing referral relationships and executing growth strategies. You'll work closely with the leadership team, including the CEO, Business Manager, Client Manager, and Marketing team.
