Compensation range: $3,000 AUD – $4,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This is an outcomes-focused role with flexibility in how working hours are structured. Regular overlap with Australian business hours is required to ensure effective collaboration with the Founder and wider team.

Who The Client Is: Our client is an Australian education business creating practical resources and planning solutions for teachers. Its products are designed to help educators save time, stay organised, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Head of Growth to lead commercial growth as the business rebuilds and expands its digital platform. You'll own growth strategy across customer acquisition, activation, monetisation, retention, reactivation and community, with a key focus on restoring sustainable recurring subscription growth.
