About the Role

Hyperbolic is seeking a hands-on Head of Talent to refine the systems and processes behind our next stage of growth from ~30 to ~70-100 employees in the next 6-12 months. This role will shape what Hyperbolic looks like and where our future holds.

Working directly with our founders and leadership team, you will define hiring priorities, personally lead critical searches, and build a rigorous, scalable recruiting engine.
