Content Operations Associate

Hi 👋 I'm Deyan, Director of Corporate Marketing at hyperexponential.

I lead Corporate Marketing: brand creative and design, PR and communications, flagship events, and owned media. We partner with teams across the business to produce a high volume of long-form and short-form content. A podcast episode or a report becomes clips, articles, exec posts, and social, across everything the department touches.

I'm hiring a Content Operations Associate to help turn that into a repeatable operation. You'll build the pipelines that carry our content from raw material to published output, run them day to day, and make each cycle better than the last. You'll work across every part of the department rather than sitting inside one slice of it.

It's an operations role, not a strategy one, and that's deliberate. You'll be close to the editorial thinking without owning it, and your job is the machinery underneath. If that's the kind of problem you want to solve, I'd love to hear from you.
