Job Description

Summary: 

At i360technologies, we specialize in business consulting and technology services for federal agencies. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled RPA UiPath Developer to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in automating critical business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in UiPath and other RPA tools, coupled with an understanding of financial and project management systems, particularly within federal environments. This role will focus on delivering high-impact automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure accuracy across multiple domains. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation solutions and bots to support financial management, accounting, project management, cost control, and reporting processes. 
  • Analyze business process flows and identify automation opportunities across disparate systems and data sources. 
  • Develop robust automation frameworks to streamline and improve business operations and deliver measurable efficiencies. 
  • Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable RPA solutions. 
  • Ensure the highest standards in documentation, quality assurance, and operational performance. 
  • Engage with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service, communication, and support throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Adhere to federal and organizational security, quality, and performance standards. 
  • Participate in and support Federal background investigations as required for project clearance. 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in systems analysis and development. 
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with UiPath RPA tools and bot development. 
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver proactive solutions. 
  • Experience with Oracle R12.2 EBS Federal Financials applications is highly desirable. 
  • Familiarity with the following Oracle modules: 
    • Purchasing (PO)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Payments (IBY)
    • Projects Accounting (PA)
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA) 
  • Understanding of Federal or Public Sector accounting and reporting requirements is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience producing clear, concise, and professional documentation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
  • Commitment to quality and client satisfaction with flexible and responsive support capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status is required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship is not available).
  • Successful completion of a Federal background investigation is required.
  • Full-time: Onsite Monday – Friday 

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or willingness to complete within 60 days of hire).
  • Familiarity with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or similar AI-capable RPA tools.
  • Experience in federal financial environments or regulated enterprise contexts.
  • Exposure to additional RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
