SUMMARY

The Training Coordinator provides administrative registration, virtual producer, and learning management system (LMS) support to the training department manager and to their assigned program. Possible programs the Training Coordinator may support include the Enterprise Learning and Development (ELD). This position is responsible for assisting in department administration and course preparation activities according to NTC procedures. This position will be the main point of contact for all customer service requests. This position could serve as a backup training coordinator for other programs on an as needed basis.
